Orders typically can take up to 3-4 business day to be processed. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day.

Possible Delays

Tracking My Order

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work, please visit your carrier company to input your tracking number manually.

Returns & Exchanges 

NO CHANGES can be made once an order has been placed. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS, NO CANCELLATIONS. You can exchange items for store credit only. Items are eligible for exchange for store credit within 7 days after delivery. We only accept size exchanges, if an item is sold out we can only offer store credit. If an item doesn't work out, you will be responsible for the return shipping. We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns can take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed your credit will be issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
