Shipping Policy

Orders typically can take up to 3-4 business day to be processed. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day.

Possible Delays
We strive to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Tracking My Order
To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work, please visit your carrier company to input your tracking number manually.

Returns & Exchanges 

NO CHANGES can be made once an order has been placed.

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS, NO CANCELLATIONS. You can exchange items for store credit only. Items are eligible for exchange for store credit within 7 days after delivery. We only accept size exchanges, if an item is sold out we can only offer store credit.

If an item doesn't work out, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns can take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed your credit will be issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

CONDITION OF EXCHANGES

Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your Merchan in returnable condition: 


Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted.

FINAL SALE
A small number of heavily discounted items will be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

May not be returned

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
